Parties: This agreement is entered into between you and Shenzhen Zhixin Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (a Delaware limited liability company conducting business under the name of "Zicalstar", hereinafter referred to as "Zicalstar" or "we").
Scope of Application: This agreement applies to your use of the websites, application programs and other digital platforms (collectively referred to as the "websites") owned, controlled or operated by Zicalstar, such as www.zicalstar.com, as well as Zicalstar products (such as calendars) and services (such as zicalstar, etc., collectively referred to as "products and/or services").
Eligibility Restrictions: If you do not agree to these terms, are under the legal age for signing contracts (18 years old or the higher of the local legal age), or if access to or use of the products and/or services is prohibited by applicable laws, you shall not order or obtain the products and/or services. License: Zicalstar grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for the sole purpose of using the materials for personal use. If you violate these terms, the license will automatically terminate, and you are required to destroy the materials.

Your Content: You own the rights to all data, information or materials ("your content") provided through the products and/or services. You grant Zicalstar a permanent, irrevocable, etc. license for the purpose of providing the products and/or services. You guarantee that you have the relevant rights. You shall not upload protected materials without the permission of the copyright owner and shall bear the liability for any infringement of your content.
Third-Party Content: For third-party content in the products and/or services, without the permission of the owner, you have no right to download, modify, etc. Third-party content is provided "as is", and Zicalstar makes no warranties.
Modifications and Updates: Zicalstar reserves the right to enhance or modify the products (including software updates) and/or services. Service Suspension: Zicalstar may temporarily suspend the services in cases such as performing maintenance, responding to security threats, complying with legal requirements or the requirements of network service providers, or resolving user violations.
Feedback: Any feedback you provide regarding the products and/or services, etc. shall belong to Zicalstar. You agree to transfer the relevant rights and assist in the improvement and implementation.
Beta Features: The beta features provided may be subject to additional terms. They are provided "as is", and Zicalstar may discontinue them at any time. After the access to or use of the beta features is suspended or terminated, you shall have no right to access them again, and the relevant data may be deleted.
Statistical Data: Zicalstar may use anonymous statistical data to improve the products and/or services and for marketing and promotion purposes, but this does not involve personal identity data.
Links to Third-Party Websites: Third-party websites linked to from the website are not under the control of Zicalstar. Zicalstar is not responsible for their content and use. You are bound by the terms of use of third-party websites, etc., and you bear the risks of any transactions with third parties.
Unauthorized Activities: Using the products and/or services or third-party content in violation of these terms may be illegal. You are required to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zicalstar and other indemnified parties against any losses suffered as a result of your actions. Zicalstar may report illegal activities and cooperate with investigations.
Ownership: Zicalstar retains all intellectual property rights. Rights not expressly granted in this agreement are not transferred to you.
Termination: You may stop using the products and/or services at any time. Zicalstar has the right to suspend or terminate the products and/or services at any time. If you violate these terms, Zicalstar may suspend or terminate your use. It will try to notify you in advance and assist you in retrieving your data. In special circumstances, it may suspend your use immediately.
Dispute Resolution: All matters related to the signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute resolution of Zicalstar shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes regarding these terms shall be resolved through friendly consultations. If the consultations fail, the disputes shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of the company for litigation.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform this agreement due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, etc., excluding shortage of funds). If the performance is affected for more than 90 days, the party not affected by the force majeure event has the right to terminate the agreement by written notice.
General Provisions: These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all other relevant agreements. They do not create any rights for third-party beneficiaries. Zicalstar's failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights. If any provision is unenforceable, it may be replaced. You shall not assign your rights, while Zicalstar may assign its rights. The parties are independent contractors. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California.
Electronic Communications: Communications on the website and electronic communications with Zicalstar shall be deemed as written communications and have the same legal effect. Notices shall be sent to the address provided in these terms or to support@zicalstar.com
Notice to California Users: California users have the right to know Zicalstar's headquarters address, contact information, the charging description of the products and/or services, the complaint method and the contact information of the Department of Consumer Affairs.
